i was really looking forward to a relaxing stay, but it was a noise nightmare. waking up to blaring vacuums and stomping above was not the four-star experience i deserved. the breakfast was okay, but those scrambled eggs? uneatable! an upgrade woudl ve been nice considering the chaos. i almost thought about giving a good review, just couldn’t.

Traffic noise from the freeway can be bothersome!!! An added throw rug in the room could make it feel warmer!!! Cleaning staff needs to check rooms thoroughly for issues like filthy refrigerators!!!

One downside was the visible clutter in the breakfast area during peak times. Also, the fridge in my room needed attention as it was dirty, which left me disappointed.

The rooms feature great window treatments, allowing for complete darkness or filtered light—perfect for a peaceful night. Also, the staff went above and beyond when they offered to print documents for me when the business center printer was down. However, noise from the surroundings can be distracting, and the breakfast variety was limited. The overall comfort of the beds was a plus, but there is room for improvement in breakfast options.

I stayed for two nights and was really pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the facility. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection, and Becca who was in charge of the breakfast area was incredibly friendly and attentive. The blinds in the room were a game changer, providing excellent control over light and privacy. However, it would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the room for easier access in the morning.

the only issue we faced was the strange odor from the bathroom, but the staff was super friendly and the bed was really comfy! the place was clean and modern. The shower was just great! !
